The firm participated in many national and international consultancy projects, funded by the World Bank, United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), to evaluate the policy and regulatory environment in many countries including Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Egypt, Iraq, West Bank and Gaza and Sri Lanka. Our tasks included participating in diagnostic missions, drafting and submitting mission and evaluation reports, reviewing, commenting on and drafting various pieces of legislations, and in general give advice on different policy and regulatory issues.

The firm also participated in many legislative committees appointed by various ministries in Jordan including the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Social Development to assist in reviewing, amending and drafting various regulations related to corporate and NGO laws.
